You’ve probably seen from our Facebook posts that SCBUP is participating in the Invest in Our NY Campaign (also known as Tax the Rich) to help NY State make a full and equitable recovery from the pandemic by ending tax breaks for the rich to prevent cuts to public programs and invest in education, housing, jobs, and healthcare.

In addition to making weekly phone calls to the governor and our state legislators to support these bills, we are hosting a letter-writing campaign and may host phone banks as well.
